Hector O. Gracia Fernandez has spent more than a decade serving as CEO of  The INFINITUS Group and now Brokers National Alliance, holding leadership roles both in the United States and internationally across various private organizations.

Hector and his wife, Lisa Gracia—once competitors in the employee benefits space representing different carriers—ultimately joined forces to build a major Medicare and group benefits organizations in the United States, now supporting a network of more than 300 brokers.

Hector recognizes that the insurance and benefits landscape is evolving rapidly, and those who fail to adapt risk being left behind. With that in mind, he is focused on setting a new pace through Brokers National Alliance—an e-commerce agency designed to serve individuals and businesses with limited time, while providing streamlined access to high-quality benefits for themselves and their employees.

His experiences included serving on private advisory boards and collaborating with individuals of different nationalities and backgrounds. These opportunities helped shape his vision of building a company dedicated to the professional, personal, and cultural growth of every team member.

Ron Byrd is a seasoned leader in the insurance and benefits industry, bringing more than four decades of experience, innovation, and proven results. 

Ron began his insurance career in 1981. 

Over the years, Ron played a key role in building three multimillion-dollar insurance companies across Iowa and Texas before they were acquired in 2018. His ability to develop strong distribution networks, cultivate meaningful partnerships, and drive sustainable growth has made him a respected figure in the industry.

Today, Ron serves as Vice President of National Partnerships for The Infinitus Group and Group 44 Hiring Solutions in Edinburg, Texas. He is also the President of Brokers National Alliance in Waukee, Iowa, and serves on the Texas state Board of Directors for the National Association of Benefits and Insurance Professionals.
