Ron Byrd is a seasoned leader in the insurance and benefits industry, bringing more than four decades of experience, innovation, and proven results.
Ron began his insurance career in 1981 after attending f Tennessee Tech and Ball State University.
Over the years, Ron played a key role in building three multimillion-dollar insurance companies across Iowa and Texas before they were acquired in 2018. His ability to develop strong distribution networks, cultivate meaningful partnerships, and drive sustainable growth has made him a respected figure in the industry.
Today, Ron serves as Vice President of National Partnerships for The Infinitus Group and Group 44 Hiring Solutions in Edinburg, Texas. He is also the President of Brokers National Alliance in Waukee, Iowa, and serves on the Texas state Board of Directors for the National Association of Benefits and Insurance Professionals.
Ron remains committed to helping organizations grow, innovate, and serve their clients with excellence.

Phyllis Byrd is a talented creative professional and entrepreneur whose work has touched families, organizations, and sports communities for decades. A graduate of Durham, Nixon, Clay Business School in Austin, Texas, Phyllis began her career with a strong foundation in business operations before following her passion for photography.
After relocating to Iowa, Phyllis launched her own studio, Phyllis Byrd Photography, where she built a reputation for her warm style, attention to detail, and ability to capture meaningful moments. Her work spans a wide range of clients—from families and pets to professional organizations and athletic programs.
Phyllis served as a photographer for the Iowa Phoenix, as well as for Iowa State University’s football and basketball programs, showcasing her versatility and talent behind the camera. In addition to her creative work, she managed all day-to-day operations of her studio, ensuring every client received exceptional service.
